I just listened to an interview with Dennis Fisher.
When he was talking about pumping 75 gallons of fresh water into the CAB while pumping 75 gallons of water out of the basin back into the aquifer. There was no mention of how BEHL plans on containing an event like this.
That is the environmental impact I am curious about. You can't say " You don't need to worry about it. it's a non issue" This system is to be set up This month, and there are still unexpected, uncontrollable events happening.
If they can't stop this thing from leaking in Santa Ana. How will they stop it in DVJ?
Some are talking that this event might have been Sabotage. although I don't know what evidence there is of that.
