Incite101, first of all I would like to clarify my comments. I wasn't implying that someone from Intel would murder Higgins, but there is alot of loose nuts around that might be shareholders, employee's or management who sure wouldn't want Higgins to testify "IMO". I take it that Higgins has done a deposition and Intel & Moore cross examined him, therefore it can be used in court if Mr. Higgins "takes a walk"?. After reading your noted web sites, that only causes me more concern. I can't believe Intel has got away with ROBBERY with the only difference being they didn't use a GUN (or did they ???????).IMO
