CMKX: Lets say our o/s does come in high......I would have to believe that it was meant to be high for a reason. That reason being that "the powers that be" would of forced it on the CMKX and co. inorder to keep order and let CMKX rise accordingly.

The powers that be would be:
IMF, WOrld Bank, Gov't, DTC, SEC, ect.
