can you believe that this new "reform" bill - in the SEC's mind - actually has the gall to exempt them from FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUESTS? allowing the SEC to act with even MORE secrecy?
our BCIT requests for shorts and naked shorts could be hidden until they release the rest of the JFK documents.
