This is irrelevant. All hope was on lawsuit against Merryl Lynch however,per trustee personal phone talk Superior Court did not approve any law suit yet and if any proceeds from it will go toward current creditors. Nothing for bagholders is left over and for a R/M your point would be valid if the trade name woudn't had been sold already. My position is closed on this however,I felt the need to bring some light on this company.A run could be possible as this is common with pinkies stocks therefore I would say good luck to you guys.
