There has been some positive news lately and some forthcoming but keep in mind that these projects are not etched in stone and may never happen (ie. Connecticut project), notwithstanding, I am hopeful they will. Concerning institutional investors, those comments were made when we were involved with CNIC, the Nasdaq shell company. I believe our goal was to eventually merge with CNIC at some point, thereby gaining access to the Nasdaq. JS has a lot of connections with institutional investors through some previous companies he was involved with. However, institutional investors will under no circumstances invest in a OTC company, at least to my knowledge. That was one of the main reasons why JS was trying to work with CNIC. As we all know it failed and it could be to our advantage in the long term, only time will tell.
As far as the name change goes, that should happen very soon, I hope in August. By far the most important event to occur is the release of the Finanical statements and the relisting of the company. Many investors will not put their money in a Pink sheet company and I do not blame them. I am here only by default, so I will be happy to see that occur. We should see some significant stock appreciation in the month of August. I will not speculate as to what the price will be by the end of the year but I am convinced it will go farther North and people who buy now will be getting it at a discount.
