I know that there are some savvy investors in this forum. With that said, it is fairly obvious what this letter is. A CAPITAL call!!!!! I am not trying to provoke a discussion that is negative, merely looking at the facts and the overhead/ payroll/ and revenue stream. This is setting the table for the shareholders to know that they need more money. I will share my findings as I drill down into the current managments prior business endeavors and the sucess and failures. The 2M credit facility is already substantially tapped and the debt service alone could prove to be unmanagable.
