I can't remember how many claims both companies own but I know their are several. Prior to any agreement each claim must be verified as being owned, they must be checked to insure there are no cross over claims or gaps in the claims, no liens or taxes due.
Like doing a Title search when you buy a home as Karl mentioned. All must be verified by the Chilan Govt.
