ZAP (fka ZAAP)

I was a shareholder way back when they first went public.
Still follow them thru the years since. I live in Riverside CA
and the paper (Press-Enterprise) here had two articles today
and yesterday about the dealership selling ZAP autos.
The city of Riverside already bought 6 ZAP trucks for use @ a cost
of $92000 for all.
The only odd point in the articles was that they listed Alveraz as
new president of US operations?
