I am not bashing...but I agree to one point which Tavy said.....I had the same question in my mind when I read the blog this morning.....

Jim always said no dilution is happening....and in today's blog he has mentioned that they diluted to raise capital....but he also mentioned that none of the restricted shares are sold....

so looks like something is not adding up....but that does not mean that he is scamming....just wanted to point it out....That is all.....
