Although the O/S determinations are factually accurate the questions most relevant to investors are;

[] Why "gag" the R/S? (So we know precisely what is what?)
[] And perhaps even more significant: with all the new developments over the last few months (progress, accomplishments, sales of VSP, financing, and all the rest) why is the pps less than before all of these accomplishments took hold?
[] Why down with 11Mill projected Rev's
[] Why down with 10Mill Spire financing
[] Why down with 1.75 VSP sale

Why, why, why...the market doesn't seem to share a technical perspective on the definition of O/S; what is more relevant to investors I think is what does their behavior imply, what can we INFER since the company chooses to veil its actions...one can only speculate.

The smart money I think is saying goodbye for now!! If the company weren't "selling shares into the float" by some means or method, then why not have transparency with the TA so all can see & know what is going on. Just doesn't bode well is all, and it is better to speculate safely than be sorry later imv. If this thing runs, it won't get away from investors who believe it to be worth 1000x what it is now (as some have suggested) and they will have preserved their capital. BUT, if they are right and the company is purposely being deceptive (which the market suggests they are) then the capital is safe to live on & grow in some other investment vehicle, no?

There is hardly good reason to stake your capital to a non-transparent company with, at least for now, a so-so product. Nothing horrible about it, and nothing earth shattering either!!
