The market says ta-ta first, asks questions later!! At least that is what the smart money does whenever there is even a hint of dilution, a newly gagged TA, a mere suggestion of a R/S, etc.. Those are simply facts, rules of the road if you will. Those that hang about for verification, rarely get ANY satisfaction.

Good luck putting your faith in CEO's in penny land, especially in stocks where you note shareholders frequently having to Justify, Rationalize, and/or otherwise Explain their behavior.

I'm just saying folks!! Keep it real, your CAPITAL will be MUCH safer that way, you'll make more money, and live a less stressed-out life!!!
