How do you know that the dilution going on at BDGR is due to shares (or money from those shares) going to OOMDA?
If that is so, how can those shares be immediately sold on the market when regulations are specific that such shares must be restricted? It appears the management of both companies are not very much concerned with the laws, rules and regulations as long as they get theirs.
