the springs are 15 minutes from englewood beach, 20 minutes from venice beach, and 35 minutes from siesta key beach ( the whitest packed sand you have ever seen, besides the out island bahamas).

It is in the middle of one of the fastest growing areas of florida.

If a development occurs there it will be very nice.
