I consider the following to be another important item. In other words, news about the next distribution of QTIG shares to SCMI holders of record on a given date should come in the course of this month.

Q: When is the next QTIG dividend due to be distributed and when is the last date to qualify for shares?

A: SunnComm expects to continue QTIG distributions. It is my understanding that QTIG management has recently received additional instructions from the SEC outlining the method they would like to see QT use for future distributions of QTIG shares. I am told by QT that as soon those methodologies are put into place, they will give us the word that they´re ready to go with another distribution and SunnComm will get the word out to its shareholders by issuing a press release and SunnGramm. This press release, when issued, will contain the date that one must be a SunnComm shareholder in order to qualify for receiving the dividend. The PR should be out within 30 days.
