It was a slap on the wrist - 6 months disbar back in the 1970's - he took the hit. This is something he is not hiding - numerous shareholders talked with him about this - it is a non issue. People make mistakes - he made his - maybe you are the only one on the planet who hasn't?

not comfortable - move on to where you are. Been through this for months - for those of us who are comfortable
