I absolutely agree.
If the Shazam nonsense were somehow true, then they could maybe buy 25% of the outstanding shares for about $11 million (if the price was only 10 cents...). But, why would they want to spend that much money -- if they had it -- to take up the share price by 25% ??
I'm thinking that this may more likely have something to do with either:
1. An exercise to instill confidence in potential investors, or
2. Some attempt at a capital structure re-arrangement, or maybe somehow tied into a deal with QTIG.
Pure speculation.
And, all completely meaningless speculation if they don't have BIG revenues.
