Jarvis,
I am surprised to find you assuming that the SP is bound to retrace after a short run-up. I am prepared to go on record as saying that I expect a prolonged upward movement; so, on my interpretation, it would be far from "smart" to "sell right now". In fact, anyone doing that might be left smarting from regrets afterwards. JMVHO, of course.
On another matter of interest to us all, I managed to speak with IR an hour ago. KF kindly confirmed that the very idea of a total share float above the authorised limit of 450 million just makes no sense. The limit has been fixed to act as a limit. She also mentioned that the latest (recent) figure she has is "around 440 million" shares. I would add that that is a mere 2 million shares above her previous figure after several months.
I am glad to be able to provide that update today.
Personally I am getting settled for the action over the next 2-4 weeks with some anticipation. I for one do not believe that the agreements with BMG and Universal are just "pieces of paper" without practical consequences.
Cheers,
