Hello X

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts below.

We define eventual success as the implementation of the business model. This means gaining access to a large number of stores to carry the lead product for starters, Winning Colours Stain Remover, and then working to increase sell-through. I respectfully disagree with your premise that “whatever WNBD is up to, it does not seem conducive to success”. Quite the contrary, the number of stores to which we are gaining access is growing. The names of the stores are disclosed for public record. Product testimonials are tremendous. While the average new store sell-through is still at a low rate, that too will grow as customer satisfaction grows, word of mouth spreads and advertising takes hold. The difference in sell-through between experienced stores and new stores is profound. While the poorest performing store may sell only a few bottles in a year, the best performing store sells over 1,000 bottles per year consistently. We will have tremendous increases when we learn how to improve the sell-through efficiency across the store network.

Our approach to building the business is steady and systematic. We have made great strides in the development of a terrific product, assembling a team to oversee its production and distribution, and now to enhance its sell-through in 2010 and beyond. Winning Brands stands apart amongst its peers of junior public ventures for the simple honesty of its business plan presentation, the steadiness of its operations, the quality of its product, and the plausibility of that product becoming a sensation in its category of trade domestically and internationally.

Our share price on the other hand, is not performing well. There is no doubt about that. It is our view that the current share price does not reflect the potential of the company and will gain ground considerably when it becomes more obvious to U.S. shareholders and consumers that Winning Colours Stain Remover is catching on. When this happens, the gain is likely to be rapid. This is the bottom line reality in speculative investments. There are scary moments – and sometimes – tremendous profits for early participants. Therefore, the most important question of all is this: Will Winning Colours Stain Remover eventually “take off” or not? Shareholders who know the product best are the most confident about its prospects – this says a lot. When the Current Status tier is granted by Pink Sheets, and I have no doubt that it will be, then Winning Brands will be noticed by a much broader range of investors and persons who can be of help to the company to attain its goals for the benefit of shareholders.

Lastly, the issuance of shares over the past several years has made it more challenging for the share price to rise – however share issuance is a two way street. It can be counteracted by a share buy-back program. It is my personal and professional goal to create the situation in which our shareholders have attractive capital gains to enjoy. Many shareholders, although confident in the company, do trade actively and have already realized profits. Others prefer not to take so many chances and will await their capital gain. In either case, there is no more dedicated team amongst our peer group on the Pink Sheets to build a legitimate success story for stakeholders. We are more confident than ever about the future of our product(s) and our company’s future value in the capital markets.

Sincerely,

Eric Lehner, CEO

Whatever WNBD is up to, it does not seem conducive to eventual success. WNBD is constantly losing share value and shareholder confidence. If this co. is doing anything of actual value, I suggest it be made public to try and reverse this trend
