The best point he said was don't buy all at once, so if it drops you can then load up, assuming it's a great stock like ATVI. What I feel good about this stock is I'm pretty sure it will come back. Look at the last run (after a drop) from .0016 to .0038 in just a few days. I dont think we will break .002's but that's just my opinion. If it does have some dry powder ready.
