Adding revenues, eliminating debt, and clarifying the company's financial structure should help provide a higher per share price and valuation for the company. As a result of the debt conversions, the acquisition, and corporate expansions there are currently 65,570,574 shares outstanding and management expects to retire most of its debt by the end of June thereby eliminating a major source of risk.
