i have heard his line exactly word for word before if he want poeple to follow you in a public stock then submit the 8K for the JV it is the law after all

I just got off the phone with Cory Gelmon the CEO. The reason he isnt updated on pinksheets is two things, one the cost to come current which is $3,500 - also the cost of an accountant to prepare all financial reports necassry to come current which would be in the thousands also! He plans on coming current as soon as things ramp up a little on the business side and production is finished on the first run of JF Shoes. Second, he is a man who is extremely business oriented. He realizes that at this level the stock PPS can be manipulated by anyone with 50-100k that wants to either make it fly or make it drop. He doesn't believe in releasing full PR's or bullshit as many CEO's at this level do. He is focused solely on the business, and getting sales which in turn generate profits. He isnt too concerned with IHUB or YAHOO or any forums / blogs about the current PPS. He also plans on getting into a womens line following the production of the mens shoes!
