Could be the advertising material that came out and/or the news on CNBC regarding wind elec. in China. Should push this up rather quickly. Buy it while it is under .50 and hang on for the ride. Picked up over 1500 shares today. Wished I had more $ to buy some more, but will have to wait for now.
