As per the announcement from Vega, the shares will be listed as VGPRD for 20 days, then revert to VGPR. I doubt they will be re-issuing anything under VGPRD.

As for buy/selling, you'll have to consult your broker. I suspect you'll do it under VGPRD until it reverts back but that's just my best guess.....
