You just don't get it, do you? While they may carry many different types of thermos, this one is the only of it's kind that they sell (no-touch). Exergen has one listed on their site that looks to be out of stock and is almost $400. With growing fears looming with every flu season, a product like the no-touch thermo is becoming more and more appealing. School Health already has a network of customers to market this to and will push this product based on that incentive of being a no-touch product.
