I do not thing that he knows how to run the business. If he knows then the SP should not be here. He has lost good investors who can support and part of his company growth. He is running the business with the help of your money. You have rights to tell how things should be done. If he does not like that, leave the company and let a qualified person take over and run it. He should pay back all the money stolen form the comany or go to jail and spent rest of this life. I thing this guy do not have a family. He does not even care about others. He love to suck all of your money and leave. I am pretty sure that he will get caught very soon. GLTY
