That is my point, Oz. If it is exclusive, does it not limit their outlet to just and only that one provider to the school market? That one has no exclusive agreement with schools, that is impossible. They also sell other thermos. Sales rep tend to push those with the highest profit margins, we all know that. Just saying this is not a big deal. when and if ASFX actually gets themn on any store shelves will it start to look significant. although we were all witness to the thermofocus failure at Walgreens.
