Restricted stock is restrict stock so yes it should show up under 144 sales of HDVY stock somewheres. Generally 144 stocks have a cost depending upon brokerage ET $72 dollars to do the paper work to unrestrict the shares ONLY within that contract so it does cost them a pretty penny to line up everything for sale that they may have been given. Again, each time they were given a group of 144 stock will cost them about $72 bucks to get them released for the ability to sell. To sell them they must make a 144 filing of the sale or of the future sale but if they were not able to see all they wanted within that 90 period that the filing covers and they wish to stilll try to sell after that 90 period they must refile that they are still selling those same 144's that they didn't sell all of that group as of yet.

Now for some reason I actually haven't seen any 4 or 144 filings involving Dr. Barnhills shares so this might be worth looking into on why or maybe find a better place to look for those 144 sales of shares. Some of his share were preference/perferred that converts to just common so I'm not sure but 144's are 144's period and you do not escape from filing these. I recall Dr. Barnhill's shares were 29,825,564 with owership of 44% of the company. At present his basic ownership is 11+% with 24,855,722 as of last yearly 10-K report but let us not forget about who owns almost 23% od cthe company with 55,461,664 shares of HDVY, Oh! it is Mr. William F. Quirk, wow talk about a heavy weight who may just call for a new vote referencing new change?
