The hearing is tomorrow 7/30 ... BLDV cannot participate or be heard at this hearing because they no longer have legal counsil...however that does not mean that they are not part of the deal or still do not own the land or rights to the land with freedomworks .... it simply means they cant say anything or issue any reports or evidence or findings comments nadda zip at this hearing tomorrow. The hearing began the 26th and was continued until tomorrow about these transmission lines. so i guess we will have to wait and see the results of the hearing because if they do not get the go ahead for the transmission lines there will be no wind farm built by anyone....is how i understand it after reading thru all those docs....anyone see it another way?

it appears these studies began by Xcel / PUC back in 2001 for gas verses wind and wind won out on an efficiency/cost basis..... 9 years later people are still upset the transmission lines will obstruct their view etc etc .....

can anyone post any links or evidence that bldv/freedomworks actually own property or the rights to property in this county to the tune of 8,000+ acres? that i'd like to see.....
