CNEX BOARD: I just spoke to Karen.
Asked her if we had any update on the lab results. She said she had nothing "official" yet, but that she expects them VERY soon. We are going into the 10th week next week and she doesn't forsee any reason why we shouldn't have them which fits within her original timeframe she gave me of 6-10 weeks from 1st week of June.
I want to say this: When I spoke with her earlier in the week, she debunked the Thursday PR rumor that started here. I asked her when we could expect them and she said she couldn't give me an estimate, but we're VERY CLOSE. When I spoke with her today she sounded a little more upbeat and did say that we are VERY CLOSE. She actually said it twice... Take this for what it's worth. I'm not starting any rumors here, just reporting ACCURATE info. Feel free to call her to verify.
Also, she said that Mgmt. is very confident in Phase 1 and anticipates very positive results based on the last research. The area is very rich and gold, other companies are having huge success and CNEX is right smack dab in the action. I also asked her if the NI 43-101 is expected soon. She said the lab results and the NI 43-101 are 2 different things. All the work being conducted is NI 43-101 complient, this will be included in the report. Report isn't coming right way, lab results are what we're waiting on just so everyone is on the same page. The time is getting VERY CLOSE. Patience will pervail here.
