The company came public in Dec of 09 so this is the first year end report they have had to file a 10-K. I was told that everything was on time but in all fairness I have seen very few new companies complete all their quarterly’s on time, so far they have made it but with audited quarterly’s that get filed at years end it is the independent auditor that usually holds them up, they have their long term clients to deal with first and they are not familiar with the new company on it’s year end audit.

I would be in shock and awe if this filing was on time, I fully expect to see a NT10-K which will give them another 15 days to file.

We shall see, no biggie as far as I am concerned, the filing should be straight forward and most of the current balance sheet can be gleamed from the last 10-Q
