The military bought 1 turbine to evaluate it, so what? They bought everyone else's too. That is nothing new or even worth talking about. If it proves to be a success it will power 10/100 watt bulbs...at peak output, as in the wind is blowing like a mf.
Oh wait, it must go through an inverter, OK 8/100 watt bulbs.
Just to give you some perspective on this miracle machine. And tell me what does it cost to power 8/100 watt bulbs? Tell me how much was this military sale?
