My Five reasons why I love this stock:
1. I sleep well at night knowing that the CEO is a proven commodity that has already been effective in a NASDAQ company. His track record proves he under promises and over delivers.
2. The board has written a no-dilution statement into their filings and I believe them.
3. The CEO wants the stock price up as much as I do, because he is a major share holder.
4. The Stock's value based on 2009 numbers is $0.13/share, but conservative 2010 forecasts will take the stock to an estimated 50 cents IMHO.
5. The company's business generates excitement and produces tons of free press.
