Below is the response I received from Steve - doesnt say too much i'm still waiting to hear from a few more people....lets keep the ball rolling hopefully we can get to the bottom of whats going on out there and if it is true we can load up...... I just dont have a good feeling about JQM at this point, but time will tell

Freedomworks LLC was given a Conditional Use Permit to place an anemometer tower in our county for the collection wind data. The permit was issued on September 3, 2008 and was approved with the condition the tower be removed before September 3, 2009. This is the only application we have had from Freedomworks LLC.

We had not had any contact with Blue diamond. I can say that the location the above mentions tower was placed, is not in the County's Preferred wind area.
