No, but they must have worked together. BooKoo was a sponsor of Holigan's racing team.

The reason I asked is I had found this information a while back, and if true, T. Chapmans company acquired the company in 2009 after the Holigan racing ties ceased to operate in 2006 and I can find nothing relating the two, but doesn't mean there isn't.

BooKoo was purchased in 2009 by a company called Extreme Energy because we loved the drinks and hated to see them disappear.

Now Chapman and Holigan could be working together on this but I still feel the possiblity Holigan has developed his own brand here. Why create the Backside Beverage LLC, apply for trademark designation for the Pompis Energy name, actually design the can, do ad related photo shoots with models, build the website, while attempting to acquire the PFOB shell? I think he is developing his own beverage company and will sponsor Kyle Regal for Merge Racing. Its a perfect fit, energy drink and motocross. Energy drinks like Monster and Rockstar are some of the largest sponsors of motorcross.

[This is a big fat guess on my part but I don't think he would attempt to get PFOB's shell, and park BooKoo in it if he has a private brand of his own.

Anyway everyone have a great day and maybe something happens soon.
