How can there be NSS theories still? Seriously, ok, I admit it, I nss and the management is not guilty of fraud and cooking the books. There is everyone that believes the NSS happy now.

Management sold unregistered shares into the market which happens to be illegal and now management will go to jail.

Maybe someone is buying all the shares to decorate there living room with Spongetech wall paper shares because it's cheaper to buy the stock then some high priced wall paper.
