Maybe. Maybe not. You assume that CTGI's relatively small shareholder base isn't in tune with the value of it's assets.

Putting LTC aside, even just CCTI is enough to send the pps to the moon. As it stands, CCTI has some VERY attractive potential, given the status of the ADES project in TX.

That prospect alone could bring many times the current marketcap in royalties.
