Anyone here care to enlighten the newbies/potential investors as to why the drop? This one just popped onto my radar screen.

The company looks about rightly priced and has some promise, is this just a price correction or worse? I don't know how much value I see in WNBD at this price, but it could have nice potential for a hold.

Any dilution concerns? Mngmt concerns?
