es1, my opinion of Goodall may be too harsh, time
will tell. It is a matter of the right fit and I
certainly hope DF finds the right person. Like you
pointed out, with what you are going through at
your company, labor at all levels seems to be the
main problem. It would have been great if BG would
have been that person but not to be. DF needs a
person with vision and experience to fill that gap.
I hope he makes that connection soon as it would
help stabilize things and take a load of his back.
