THEY DID NOT ANNOUNCE DILUTION IN ADVANCE.

If you remember correctly, they announced it only after 2 days of complaining on these boards. And the announcement was for past and future dilution...seems as though they did this to cover their behinds and try to stomp out "bashers" who were warning people not to invest in this company.
