Look, I understand that some of you may be a shareholders here, but don't distort the facts...it does NO ONE a service. Dilution is a REALITY, not some trumped up charge to "scare shareholders", that is a false claim & a bad move.

Here are the FACTS:

Outstanding Shares 2,781,813,999 as of my confirmation yesterday!
780,000,000 (780 MILLION SHARES) added to O/S since 6/29/2010

[] ENTI O/S as of 7/26/2010 is 2,781,813,999 shares
[] ENTI O/S as of 7/20/2010 is 2,531,813,999 shares
[] ENTI O/S as of 7/12/2010 is 2,301,813,999 shares
[] ENTI O/S as of 6/29/2010 is 2,101,813,999 shares
[] ENTI O/S as of 4/05/2010 is 2,001,813,999 shares


So from 6/29 to 7/27 four full weeks we have 780,000,000 shares ADDED to the O/S,... F-A-C-T!!!! Verify for yourself. That's about 41Million SHARES ADDED PER TRADING DAY (over 19 trading days, excluding July 4th holiday AND assuming the 7/27 figure applies to 7/26 for certain)!!!

KNOW THE FACTS!!!

PS- And, those are the ones we KNOW about,...what about the R/S that could be coming off and flooding the float (we have NO IDEA whether or NOT it is occurring,...but the "R/S Gag" suggests STRONGLY that it is!!! Otherwise, why the gag, why the good news and negative "market" reaction, why is "the hopeful & bright future" as constantly PR'd met with a deteriorating pps?) FACTS!!
