Well, we haven't heard of anything Newby lately...let alone the 350 mil that was stated to be coming in traunches some time ago, right? One minute something is due any day...the next minutes and hours you never hear of it again. Anything is possible. I wonder how well your paper trail theory would work as a defense on a variety of possible charges of wrongdoing. Ideally we won't have to worry about this too much = funding happens, but you never know at this point. Dean doesn't give us much insight into what is going on for whatever reasons. Personally I am not a big fan of that, especially given where we are and so many mishaps.
