Spire Investment Group, Inc. was founded in 2008 by Bryan Bardes, and Eric Kafrawy in Boston, Massachusetts. SIG started with residential and commercial real estate in southern New England, but has recently expanded their investment horizon to include southern Florida due to the many opportunities in the southern gulf coast region.
