Incite 101, WELL! Very shady activity on Intel ( I guess when you get too big for your britchs you don't have to deal with the truth).IMO
I'm assuming Judge Fogle presided in the declaratory hearing and IF SO Intel would be in trouble "IMO". All the Judges I've known have LONG Memories and I'm sure Intel will be reminded on what they told the COURT, if not I'm sure PTSC Attorney's will remind the Judge "IMO". NOW! After reading the wed site articles on your post it causes me concern about Mr.Higgins. If he is allowed to testify, I hope PTSC provides a guard for him until testimony is given (a LOT of MONEY at stake)"JMO". I have NO FACTS, just a gut concern.
