Yes, traditionally a slow time. I'm sure there will be a promo run on NRPI in the fall. It'll be interesting to see who Blum hires to attempt to run it in order to raise money, especially with PSC pretty much having their hands tied. Assuming PSC is not in the picture, the Bull Report and OTCPicks seem to be Wilf's faves lately. However, they were extremely unsuccessful on his latest pumps.

In the meantime NRPI = dead in the water.
