MURPHY, ID -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/28/10 -- Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI) will be having its annual shareholders' meeting, 1:00 PM MT, Friday, September 17, 2010 at its 100% owned Diamond Creek Mill Facility, 14877 Silver City Road, Murphy, Idaho 83650. The Company welcomes all shareholders to attend.
If you are arriving from the Boise Airport or by car/bus, the Company has a block of hotel rooms available. You can contact these suggested Downtown Boise hotels for accommodations:

On Friday, September, 17, 2010, SFMI will provide bus transportation to its shareholder meeting. The first pick-up will be 11:30 AM MT at "Hotel 43" (next door -- "The Grove Hotel") and a second pick-up, 11:45 AM, at Courtyard by Marriott. Regardless of your hotel choice and/or if you are local shareholders, seat reservations will be required to be on one of these buses. If you choose to arrive at the Diamond Creek Mill Facility with your own transportation, you are welcome to do so.
Upon shareholders' arrival at 1:00 PM MT, the Company will be giving a tour of the Diamond Creek Mill, followed by the formal shareholders meeting, and a corporate reception.
On Saturday, September 18, 2010, 9:30 AM MT, shareholders who would like to tour the Company's Sinker Tunnel Mine on War Eagle Mountain and a subsequent tour to the historic Silver City, Idaho Mining Town, a second reservation is a MUST on this corporate excursion. Vans will provide transportation from Hotel 43/Courtyard Marriott. NOTE: NO Personal transportation allowed on this excursion.
The Company recommends RSVPs as soon as possible. The Company needs a final headcount at or before August 23, 2010 for transportation needs and reception attendance.
