I believe that with the right expert or experts to show them how to run the mill. And the money needed to accomplish this. I believe that the mill could be producing profitably in a relatively short time.
Filing for Chapter 11 will turn out to be a brilliant move on Marcus Southworth part. And or along with Mark Dotson.
Look, it is very possible that they BK judge may discharge some or all of the creditors or most probably make a deal for penny's on the dollar. Or make some sort of a deal on possible future revenues to cover some of the debt.
But it is evident that that from te beginning of the mill project, the right or best experts were not consulted. Or if they were consulted short cuts were taken or the incorrect modifications instilled.
Or MD just ignored some of the experts recommendations, for reasons most likely because of the shortage of cash. Or mere arrogance and ego.

What I don't fully understand is at what cost to the company, (other than issuing new stock for obtaing more cash) does it cost to keep the present share structure that we are in.
I imagine obtaining more cash is enough of a reason. I like it when I ask a stupid question and answer it myself.
