Where is the proof of the China deal? How about Brazil? Green Valley? Is there really a Board of Directors? If so, who's on it?

All these claimed projects, yet nowhere do I find independent confirmation of these deals (news articles, real press releases published by legitimate sources, etc).

Am I missing something here? This for all the world just seems like a lot of hype. With such a rosy future predicted by the company why aren't the really savvy investors jumping on the bandwagon? Why is the stock trading at historical lows, just barely hoovering above par value?
