WHAT is the reason for decay of ENTI?

it is the unstopping Dilution from the company + Short selling at its best is causing this to go down.

WHAT will it take for ENTI to rise.

It will go down until they stop diluting the hell out of it and promises that no more dilution will take place. then short covering + buying will take it higher. But by that time this happens it will be too late.
