You guys continue to sound like fools.... The Italian financing company is NOT leaving 375M Euros with IPWG... whatever it costs to build the WTE facility is going directly to Volga International (construction company)... the absolute only thing going to IPWG is the 5M Euros.... The financing company will then hold a lien on the WTE plant as collateral until the loan is repaid.... why don't any of you get your facts strait instead of harping on the idea that you can't believe someone would give IPWG 375M euros blah blah blah.... you sound foolish!!
